Shipping Policy

You order will be shipped directly to you through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 2-3 weeks, call our customer service representatives at (305) 233-3325 or send an email to: ventas@erjpub.org.

Return Policy

Our commitment to you:

• We stand behind our products. Should any of our materials prove defective within 60 days, we will be glad to replace them free of charge.
• When mailing the defective item back to us, please complete the form on the reverse side of the invoice and return it with the product(s). Simply attach the return label provided on the front of the invoice to the outside of the package and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
• Please use the return label on the packages for returns or damaged merchandise only. Do not use the return labels on letters.
• If you did not receive an invoice with your product(s), please call us at (305) 233-3325 or e-mail us at ventas@erjpub.org

Póliza de Devoluciones

Nuestro compromiso con usted:

• Nosotros respaldamos nuestros productos. Si alguno de nuestros productos presenta un defecto dentro de los 60 días, con mucho gusto lo reemplazaremos gratis.
• Cuando envié el artículo defectuoso de regreso a nosotros, por favor, complete el formulario en el reverso de la factura y envíelo con el producto defectuoso. Simplemente anexe la etiqueta provista en la factura en la parte de afuera del paquete y retornará a nosotros sin costo adicional alguno para usted.
• Por favor, utilice la etiqueta de devolución sólo en los paquetes para devolución o mercadería defectuosa. No use la etiqueta de devolución en cartas.
• Si usted no recibió una factura con su producto, por favor, llámenos al (305) 233-3325 o envienos un correo electronico a ventas@erjpub.org
